Before any mulligan.

Asking about real cards or a scenario, such as at least four defence reactions and no blues in your opening hand? Load a deck above, or open the calculator in the Disney Lorcana deck builder: every stat and any set of cards in your list can be a condition there, up to four at once.
You draw seven cards to start and one card at the start of each turn. The player going first skips their first draw, so going second sees one extra card by any turn.
Inking is what makes deck counts matter in Lorcana: only cards with the inkwell symbol can go into your inkwell. Set copies to your inkable count and "at least" to the ink you need to see how reliably you make your drops.
Mulligans are not included: the odds shown are for the seven cards you are dealt.
