Asking about real cards or a scenario, such as at least four defence reactions and no blues in your opening hand? Load a deck above, or open the calculator in the Gundam Card Game deck builder: every stat and any set of cards in your list can be a condition there, up to four at once.
You draw five cards to start, then place six shields face down from the top of your deck. Both players draw at the start of every turn, including the player going first, so turn order does not change these odds.
Shields are a random six of your deck. A card in your shields reaches your hand when the shield is destroyed, and a Burst effect can activate as it does. The shield odds tell you how often each copy starts there.
Your resource deck is separate and does not count toward the deck size.
